Where do we deliver?

We deliver to more than 300 suburbs across Perth.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to suburbs that are not listed. We plan to expand our delivery service in the future.

What about delivery to apartments, hospitals or hotels?

Please make sure to provide us as much information of the recipient.

eg. Recipient's contact number, apartment number, unit number, hotel room number, hospital building, ward/room number. This will ensure the delivery will be smooth for our drivers.

How much is delivery?

Flat rate $14.95, free delivery on orders above $100 (valid to one address only). Our goods are delivered in a climate-controlled vehicle to ensure your flowers arrive fresh & in perfect condition.

What days do you deliver?

We deliver between Monday to Friday. Orders that are placed on Friday after 11:30AM will be delivered on the following Monday.

We make exceptions for holidays (Mother’s Day & Valentine’s Day) falling on a Saturday or Sunday. Flowers ordered by the cut-off date specified will be delivered on the special day.

What time do you deliver?

We are unable to take requests for an exact delivery time. Deliveries happen between 12pm and 6:00pm on your selected delivery date.

CBD addresses will be delivered between 12pm-3:30pm.

We offer same day delivery for orders placed before 11:30am.

What if my order delivery date is a public holiday?

We will try our best to deliver on that day. Otherwise we will deliver your flowers on the next delivery day.

When do we need to order by?

We offer same-day delivery if your order is placed before 11:30am on the delivery day.

Otherwise, we offer next-day delivery if ordered after 11:30am. (Orders will be delivered between 12pm-6pm).

What if no one is home to receive the flowers?

They will be left unattended in a safe location on the premises. Our delivery driver will get in touch if they are left unattended.

In the case of incorrect addresses supplied, or there is no access/suitable place to leave the delivery, a $10 redelivery fee will apply.
