Delivery Area

We proudly deliver fresh flowers across Perth and selected surrounding suburbs in Western Australia. Delivery availability may vary depending on location. If your suburb is outside our standard delivery area, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist. You can view the list of eligible suburbs via the link below.

Delivery Days & Times

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 11:30am AWST]

  • Next-Day Delivery: Available for all orders placed after the cut-off time

  • Sunday & Public Holidays: Delivery is not available unless otherwise stated

Please note that delivery times are estimated. While we aim to deliver within the selected time frame, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather conditions, and peak periods.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery suburb. Any additional fees for remote or non-standard delivery areas will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available within Perth for eligible products when orders are placed before the daily cut-off time. Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered the next business day.

During peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and major public holidays, same-day delivery may be limited or unavailable.

Recipient Availability

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient’s address and contact details are correct and that someone is available to receive the flowers.

If the recipient is not available:

  • Flowers may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion

  • Or delivered to a neighbour, building reception, or re-delivery arranged (additional fees may apply)

We are not responsible for flowers left unattended at the delivery address as per customer instructions.

Incorrect Address Details

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided, delays or failed deliveries may occur. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery. Please double-check all details before completing your order.

Delivery to Hospitals, Workplaces & Apartments

When delivering to hospitals, workplaces, hotels, or apartment buildings, please provide:

  • Full address details

  • Ward, department, room number, or business name where applicable

  • Recipient’s phone number

Delivery is subject to the receiving facility’s policies.

Weather & Seasonal Availability

Extreme weather conditions may impact delivery schedules. Additionally, due to seasonal availability, certain flowers may be substituted with similar blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and colour palette.
