Chatsworth Flower’s loose fresh flowers are sold in individual bunches and wrapped in Kraft paper, delivered to you ready to pop into your favourite vase & brighten up your home or workspace.
We can arrange the loose flowers together into a bouquet for a fee of $10 which includes gift wrapping. (Please state in order notes if you would like them arranged. Arrangement fee will be charged after checkout.)

Almost all of our products are of a perishable nature. Therefore, consumers have an obligation to perform a minimum duty of care for the products, which we have outlined below.
On arrival at your place, know that some flowers can initially take up to 6 hours to rehydrate adequately. Cut the stems and place in fresh, clean water.
If during their stay with you, your flowers start to drop their heads, just recut them approx. 2cm from the bottom and put them in fresh water again.
Flowers are like humans in many ways. They wilt if left in direct sunlight or couped up in a stuffy warm house all day. They will sweat if left in their protective sleeves or wrapping. If you treat your flowers like you would a friend, they too will stay around for you to enjoy longer.
If something is going to go wrong with your flowers, it will happen in the first day they are with you. You have 48 hours from arrival to request a refund or replacement. Sometimes flowers can arrive in a slightly unhappy state. Simply follow the 3 steps above for the first 24 hours.
We offer a 48 hour freshness guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your flowers, please send us an email to email@example.com along with photos of the flowers and we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund.

We deliver between Monday to Friday. We make exceptions for holidays (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.) falling on a Sunday. Flowers ordered by the cut-off date will be delivered on the special day.

If you want flowers delivered to a closed apartment building, hospital or business building. We will need as much information as you can provide.
Eg. (Recipient's contact number, apartment number, unit number, hotel room number, hospital building, ward/room number.)
The recipient's contact number will be ideal as our driver will need contact the recipient if they can not get access into the building.
We want the recipient to get the flowers on the intended delivery day.
We are unable to take requests for an exact delivery time. Deliveries happen between 12pm and 6pm on your selected delivery date.
CBD addresses will be delivered before 3:30pm.
We offer same day delivery for orders placed before 11:30am.
